     There is a few special events that has the whole community abuzz with curiosity and the first one is “SNOWBALL” a fundraiser for MIC 2012 coming up on Saturday, January 28th inside the nightclub AMNESIA at Motor City Casino & Hotel.
  Also coming up BUD LIGHT presents the “Ferndale Blues & Music Festival” from Friday, January 27th to Saturday, February 4th with over 25 venues to choose from check out their ad in this issue. Another event just brought to my attention is Mr. Michigan LEATHER 2012: Adam “Woody” Woodruff presents “SASH BASH 2012” on February 4th at 9pm at The R&R Saloon.
      Sunday, February 5th its SUPERBOWL XLVI a lot of clubs will be having football themed parties for those who enjoy that “manly” sport. So, let’ see what is happening at the some of the other clubs in Metraland starting with Michigan this time!

Ann Arbor:
  NECTO (734-994-5436), has a special “pridefriday” its Ann Arbor’s biggest party the “PAPARAZZI PARTY” on Friday, January 27th the biggest weekly gay party in Michigan with DJ Jace spins House & High Energy dance in the MAIN room and DVJ Mark plays Retro, Pop, Top 40 & UK Music videos in the RED room.   BODY ZONE (313-366-9663), presents “Broke Straight Boys & Porn Stars” on Saturday, January 28th! Then it’s that always popular night “BLACKOUT” Party coming up where you may have to grope your way around on Friday, February 10th and you’ll always have fun, at least I do!

Then on Sunday, February 5th it’s SUPERBOWL XLVI watch the GAME on ALL 6 BIG SCREENS with All American Superbowl food, Jason’s NEW Shot Wheel & Bloody Mary Bar! That’s logged in for me!
    The LELAND(313-962-2300), its downtown living with an edge, right in the middle of it all, studio, 1& 2 bedroom units from $425.00 - $990.00 a month, mention you saw it in Metra Magazine when you fill out your application. They have an on site diner, Studio 54 and the gay friendly City Club which is open Friday & Saturdays from 10pm until 4am with gated parking and security!
     The guys over at the R&R SALOON (313-849-2751), have a great line-up for just about anyone’s tastes. On Friday, January 27th “MIGRA: Saddle Up/Dance Hard” It’s line-dancing from 8pm until midnight. The next date is Saturday, January 28th “Lights Out Underwear Party” come shows them what you got! Then coming on Friday, February 3rd “LEATHER NIGHT” if you wear your leather gear you get $1.00 OFF your first drink! Then a big night for the leathermen in the community on Saturday, February 4th come down and meet the fella’s of “Mr. Michigan LEATHER Sash Bash”!
There will be some HOT Titleholders of the past MML Competitions to check out! And Sunday, February 5th it’s a “SUPERBOWL XLVI PARTY” come and watch the game on their huge big screen!
